Slalom Agility Post

  1. Accelerate toward the outside of the first slalom post
  2. Plant outside foot and change direction toward
    outside of the next post
  3. Repeat with control through each post in zig-zag
    manner

Slalom Crawl Option

  1. Start on hands
    and feet
  2. Crawl in a zig-zag
    pattern to pass
    outside of each
    post
