Overhead Ladder Bars

  1. Grasp bars with overhand grip
  2. Alternate hand in front of hand climbing with feet off the ground
  3. Climb across until reaching the opposite end

Low Bridge Rail Climb

  1. Grab bar with overhand grip
  2. Pull body up to 90 degrees at the elbow
  3. Use small swinging momentum to move laterally
  4. Don’t cross legs

Globe Grip Bridge Climb

  1. Grab globe with Overhand grip
  2. Pull body up to 90 degrees at the elbow
  3. Don’t cross legs and look where you want to grab
  4. Use slow controlled momentum to move from globe to globe

Globe Grip Bridge Ring Toss

  1. Grab ring with overhand grip.
  2. Pull-up body up to a slight bend at the elbow.
  3. Small lateral momentum swing
  4. Pull ring from globe to place on next ring
  5. Repeat movement to reach all globes

Cliff Hanger

  1. Grab bar with overhand grip
  2. Pull body up to 90 degrees at the elbow
  3. Use small swinging momentum to move laterally
  4. Don’t cross legs
