Agility Step-Overs

  1. Position yourself next to bars outside of the bars
  2. Moving laterally step over bars until completely on the other side
  3. Repeat by increasing speed of lateral step overs
  4. To increase agility challenge perform faster so that only toes briefly contact the ground

Balance Crawls

  1. Start by balance body on bars facedown with hands and feet on top of bars
  2. Begin crawl forward slowly while balancing the body
  3. Crawl by alternating move of hand and opposite leg forwards
  4. Increase challenge with both forward and backward crawl
