Loop Post

Loop Post Single Leg Squat

  1. Stand one single leg and place the rear foot on Loop
  2. Position front leg with heel down and to maintain a vertical shin during squat
  3. Slowly single leg squat to a comfortable depth
  4. Return to top position using the lead leg to drive upward with control

Loop Post Lunge

  1. Stand on the lower loop. Higher step = more difficult
  2. Maintain hold of the upper loop for assistance
  3. Balance on 1-leg and extend the other leg back
  4. Return to start then switch legs to repeat

Loop Post Rope Pull

  1. Use a non-attached Battle Rope to weave through post loop
  2. Grab one end of the rope and pull to end
  3. Grab the other end of the rope and pull to end
  4. (for increased resistance put the rope through multiple loops)
  5. Keep feet hip-width, Straight back, Bent knees, Head up
