Loop Post Single Leg Squat
- Stand one single leg and place the rear foot on Loop
- Position front leg with heel down and to maintain a vertical shin during squat
- Slowly single leg squat to a comfortable depth
- Return to top position using the lead leg to drive upward with control
Loop Post Lunge
- Stand on the lower loop. Higher step = more difficult
- Maintain hold of the upper loop for assistance
- Balance on 1-leg and extend the other leg back
- Return to start then switch legs to repeat
Loop Post Rope Pull
- Use a non-attached Battle Rope to weave through post loop
- Grab one end of the rope and pull to end
- Grab the other end of the rope and pull to end
- (for increased resistance put the rope through multiple loops)
- Keep feet hip-width, Straight back, Bent knees, Head up
