Hanging Balance Discs

  1. Start on post step platform while grasping fixed post ring handle
  2. Reach out to grab the first rope and pull-up on the rope to place both feet on the first balance disc
  3. Limit swaying and proceed to next rope with feet placed on each disc
  4. With control move till reaching the end finishing on fixed-step platform post
