Functional Staircase – Ramp

Ramp Crawls

  1. Start at the base of ramp on all fours
  2. Crawl slowly up the ramp using hands and feet
  3. Walk back down using stairs and repeat

Ramp Sprints

  1. Start in sprint position at the bottom just before the ramp
  2. Accelerate as you accuse up. The ramp
  3. Walk back down steps and repeat

Rope Accents (Rope Installed)

  1. Start at base of ramp Holding climbing rope anchored at top
  2. Use rope to assist while walking with control up ramp
  3. Return backwards down ramp with rope for assist
