Drive Sled
- Assume athletic stance at the sled
- Grasp top vertical, mid angled, or low horizontal bar position with arms slightly bent
- Start slowly and drive with legs to push the sled
- Increase speed as desired for a greater challenge
- Add weight plates to the middle for resistance
