Climbing Rope

Rope Climb

  1. Assume starting position at the bottom of the rope
  2. Using your arms climb up to the top
  3. Advanced: Don’t use your legs to push up

Reach Backs

  1. Grasp rope with one hand at chest level.
  2. Feet hip-width and heels grounded
  3. Body straight, fall back slowly maintain a secure grip
  4. Rotate body and feet to reach a free hand back towards the ground
  5. Pull back to upright position and switch hands to rotate to other side
