Agility Ladder

Quick Feet Forward

  1. Face Agility Ladder on short side at first square
  2. Quickly move along ladder while shuffling BOTH feet in-n-out of each square until reaching end
  3. Return in same manner back to start position

Quick Feet Sideways

  1. Face Agility Ladder on long side at first square
  2. Quickly move along ladder while shuffling feet in-n-out of each square until reaching end
  3. Return in same manner back to start position

Quick Feet Lateral

  1. Start at end of ladder
  2. Move feet quickly forward and laterally to touch inside each square
  3. Progress towards end turn around and repeat back to start
