Agility dots

  1. Start with two feet on two dots
  2. Progress through by alternating one foot on single dot and two feet on two dots
  3. Work quickly till end then turn around and repeat back to start

WARNING: Before use be sure the two inner steel horizontal adjustment rods are set inside adjustment hooks and secure at desired height.
