Battle Ropes

Alternating Waves

  1. Stretch out ropes leaving enough slack to make waves
  2. Athletic Stance, Feet Hip Width, knees bent
  3. Grasp rope with Overhand grip
  4. Move ropes alternating to make fast small waves in full length of ropes

Double Waves

  1. Move both ropes simultaneously to make fast small waves
