Combo Lift

Combo Lift

  1. Feet shoulder width apart.
  2. Keeping back and arms straight.
  3. Lift the bars as you perform the standing up motion. Similar to deadlift motion.
  4. Adjust weights for comfortability or to increase difficulty.
